The foundation combines bored piles with pad and strip foundations. The main load bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete columns and walls. Floor slabs were designed as reinforced concrete flat slabs supported by columns, walls and beams. The project also contained large span roofs which were designed with steel frames and trusses. The main challenges of this project were the changes that occurred during the process and the tight deadline to deliver the project. SCIA Engineer was used for the finite element analysis, check of internal forces and displacements and design of concrete elements according to Eurocode 2. The import Revit tool was used to transfer the structural elements to SCIA Engineer. All the changes were handled very quickly in SCIA Engineer thanks to the easy manipulation with beams, columns, slabs, openings, etc., which enabled the design team to save time by performing several design iterations within the tight deadline. 6000 m² 6000 m²
