Its head and director is Dr.Sc. Franc Saje, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering in Ljubljana, chief director of department of concrete and wooden structures and a member of the European committee for standardization CEN TC250/S2 for concrete constructions. After several years of practical work in Germany, where he participated in important projects (the summer olympic games buildings - Munich 1972, BMW headquarters,…) and after his later work at the faculty, he wanted to use his expertise in his own company. The company has three employees and several project co-workers. By combining experience, responsible work and zeal, we strive to ensure quality and reliability that clients greatly appreciate. The investor, General Directorate of Youth and Sports of Turkey, wants to construct, near the new ski jump K95, a building facility with a sports hall and associated premises (bar, services, jacuzzi, dressing rooms and in the basement, a ski service, restrooms, AHU Station, technical room, fitness bar, drink supply storage, restaurant supplies storage, shop with a dressing room), as well as a tower with a warm up room, a ski service room with appertaining restrooms on the 12th floor. On the same floor, there is a starting place for ski jumpers, at the height of the relative elevation of 40,41 m a.s.l., and the absolute elevation of 2038,79 m a.s.l. On the 13th floor of the tower, there is a restaurant with a kitchen, and on the next, the 14th floor, at the relative altitude of 48,52 m, respectively, at the absolute altitude elevation of 2046,90 m a.s.l., there is a belvedere terrace with restrooms for visitors and separate dressing rooms for the employees of the restaurant. All the floors of the Tower and Gym are linked by a staircase, from the ground floor terrace and the elevator, from the basement all to the terrace at the top of the tower. The site is located on the edge of the city of Erzurum in Turkey on the site of the new ski jump centre. The Tower and Gym is situated in close vicinity of the new ski jump K95.
