The prestige development of the site was considered instrumental in the proposed redevelopment of the area from the Canary Wharf Development four stations away on the DLR and this building is intended to encourage and be a potential catalyst in the development of this sector of the Borough. The structure is 15 storeys high but is comprised of a stepped design and has three roof terraces at 5th, 11th and potentially at 15th floor levels.
