At its heart will be a library, auditoriums and seminar rooms, and a cafeteria. The offices will be positioned in a manner which facilitates interaction of people and ideas within the Institute as well as with partner institutions. The steel structure that carries the concrete decks allows for wide open spaces. The building has been designed towards seismic actions and under fire conditions.
