Ma°Mu Architects provided the design concept, NV Mathieu Gijbels has been appointed the main contractor and along with Ma°Mu Architects is responsible for the overall coordination of the project. Encon sees to the coordination of techniques. The Delorge Business Park is a multifunctional building complex. It contains a showroom for Audi and VW and has 3 floors with offices that are unique, since it is the first time that Audi & VW have built a showroom with office rooms in Europe. Scia Engineer was used to design the free span of 27 m for the showroom; also a concrete shaft was modelled.
