The building marks the transition between the geometric public space and the organic private space. This transition is reflected in the organisation of the plan, the composition of the facade and the volume. The front facade facing north is closed and geometric, and accommodates the technical functions (entrance hall, circulation, laundry, bathroom), while the rear facade facing south is open and curved, and is dedicated to life functions (living room, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, etc.).
