110 This project involves the construction of an equestrian center that includes a track, stables, and a reception area. The reception area is strategically positioned to intersect visually with the track, and a large window provides a view of the track site. SCIA Engineer played a vital role in this project, providing classic and useful functionalities for structural modelling. Load panels, 3D climatic load generators based on Eurocode (wind and snow), nonlinear static calculations with tension-only beams, and DWG import were utilized. The export of IFC models facilitated BIM interaction with the client and third parties, enabling clash checks with piping and other technical components and ensuring the project was completed within the required timeline. Given the interior design and the intersection of different building parts, effective communication was once again crucial in this project. The seamless interaction between SCIA Engineer and the overall design, along with the IFC export capability, facilitated smooth adaptation and coordination throughout the project, contributing to its successful realization.
