179 BULK MATERIALS HANDLING SYSTEMS Belgium Pneumatic unloading is a highly efficient and dust-free transportation system using turbo blowers to create a powerful vacuum, sucking products through pipes. Mixed air and product flow through vertical and horizontal pipes, with filtration protecting the turbo from dust. An airtight airlock maintains stable under pressure during the transition to atmospheric pressure. The versatile unloader can perform various movements, including a traveling gantry, slewing upper structure, luffing unloading boom, and telescopic pipes. Each setup is customized for efficiency and reliability. The NIV suction unit comprises a machine room, tubular lattice boom, and rotating slewing ring. VIGAN pneumatic unloaders feature self-propelled gantries, balanced wheels, and distributed electric motorization. Maximum braking power ensures safety, while hydraulic cylinders stabilize the unit. Automatic electrical steering rings with encoders allow flexible wheel angles for rotations and movements.
