28 The project entails the construction of a high-rise tower situated near the exposition parc at Porte de Versailles in Paris. The tower takes the form of an irregular truncated polyhedron, with a pyramidal shape and a trapezoidal base measuring 35 m wide and 155 to 176 m long. One of the project’s difficulties arises from its scale, which includes around 2500 beams. Each beam necessitates meticulous design and drafting. Consequently, the design team has grown significantly, with a peak workforce comprising 15 engineers and 30 draftsmen dedicated to the structural aspect. All team members collaborated on the same project using SCIA Engineer model, making coordination, communication, and leadership crucial.
