44 The museum boasts an appealing, interactive, and versatile design. Its main highlight is the round hall diorama, measuring 18 m in diameter and 8 m in height. This space is dedicated to captivating video and hologram presentations, incorporating elements like shooting, bombs, and voices. The building itself features a triangular shape, with half of it located underground and a partial second floor housing technical offices. The structure is constructed with a combination of steel components, including hot rolled sections and frames spanning 4-24 m every 6 m. The total area of the museum is 1255.05 m². The columns surrounding the round hall are designed with two sections, creating a 1 m-wide technical area behind the screens for control and dismantling purposes. The roof also features a suspended structure for the ventilation system and multimedia installations. The floor of the hall consists of natural earth and trenches that visitors can explore. When considering seismic factors, we have imported the BG seismic spectrums, specifically Vrancha, which falls under spectrum type 3. Although SCIA Engineer provides a specific representation of 3D seismic behavior, designing low wide structures requires a distinct theoretical and experimental investigation. Paired cross sections, once prevalent in Eastern Europe, now pose a challenge for programs based on Eurocode as they are not covered.
