48 The building stands tall at 120 m in height, with dimensions of 35 m in width and length. It features 31 upper floors characterized by staggered heights, striking cantilevers, and multi-storey terrace cuts, providing a unique visual appeal. To address the resulting imbalance, massive development cores were strategically positioned at the geometric centers of gravity. The loads from the cantilevers are efficiently transferred through robust wall panels that are securely attached to the core. In areas where the slabs do not require static support, compression columns handle the load transfer. Extensive simulations were conducted to analyze the deformation of the concrete slabs under load. The objective was to achieve a layout that allows for maximum flexibility in floor design, minimizing the need for additional support props. The formwork for the slabs followed organically shaped contours rather than a linear approach. Following the completion of the towers, the slabs were found to be in their intended position with minimal deviation from the calculated ideal.
