86 This project is going to be part of the new line of the City of São Paulo subway. It encompasses the construction of a Ventilation Well and Emergency Exit, strategically positioned between Jardim Japan Station and Curuçá Station. The facility features a 13-m diameter and extends to a depth of 48 m. It consists of ten floors dedicated to maintenance and operational equipment for the trains, complemented by two prefabricated ventilation/emergency staircases. The well is interconnected with the metro line track through a tunnel, which incorporates two distinct sections. One section serves as a drainage reservoir, providing an emergency exit route in case of accidents, while also facilitating ventilation for the well. Positioned above the well, there will be a dedicated building serving as the outlet for ventilation and exhaust channels, in addition to housing various technical rooms essential for the operation.
