Tower 2 will be implemented in the future. This project represents the state of the art with regard to the technical and ecological aspects. The construction is made of reinforced concrete braced through a central core in combination with two outriggers, to implicate the columns in the bracing. A pendular damper reduces the acceleration during massive windloads to an unnoticeable level.
