I am
mainly
working for the company
‘Stavokov Project Trenèín’.
‘Stavokov Project’ employs 8 internal and 6
external staff members.
We deal
with:
• civil engineering
• architectural design
• structure engineering
The
company
Stavokov
Project
was
launched in 1998. They co-operate
with
firms from abroad (for example FMW -
Austria).
Buildings designed by us can be found in
Slovakia, the
Czech
Republic,
Austria,
Germany,
Morocco,
Australia,
the
Netherlands, France and Russia.
The engineers of the company
work
with
modern CAE and CAD programs.
Our concrete constructions are projected
with the programs NEXIS- ESA-Prima
Win
and ALLPLAN.
Geological situation
Location of the recreational space
The recreational space is situated near the
town center of Nováky.
The designed project is the ‘national
water
pole centre SR’ situated on the spot of the
swimming pool “Dolphin”.
Engineering - geological characteristic
of the building area
According to geomorphologic classification
of Slovakia, the area is situated in the region
of the Hornonitrianska earth fold and partly
of the Prievidza fold.
The hydro geological area comes under the
drainage of the rivers Handlovka and Nitra.
The seismic degree of the territory is accord-
ing to STN 73 0036 is 6°
MSK-64.
The geological situation of the area
was
investigated with robust holes and verified
by dynamic penetration.
Description of the structure of the
foundation
Description of the spiles
The spiles are designed as a vibrodrive of
type VUIS P
with a diameter of 420
mm.
They are furnished with peaks. The level of
the spiles level is assigned, a prediction in
done in static calculation.
Gravel classes G3
at 0,5 m are sufficient.
All spiles are designed as vertical. From
every spile will stick up a reinforcement on
athe nchor length into the foundation slabs.
Description of the foundation of the
beams
Under the input wall and the tribune wall,
the foundation of the beams of sectional
dimension 735/900 mm is designed.
The top and bottom surface beams are
armed
with reinforcement bars of 16
mm
diameter.
Description of the foundation of the
slab
The thickness of the slab is designed 400
mm under the basic object and 300
mm
under the object of the tribune. The slab is
reinforced at the bottom and the top sur-
face.
Concentration reinforcement is foreseen for
walls and spiles.
Beams and columns
The frame structures are designed to look
like a monolithic with 2D structures (slabs,
walls). The columns have a circular cross-
section or a partially circular one. The beams
are only located in the roof (third floor) and
under the steel construction tribune.
Slabs and walls
The roof slabs are designed with a thickness
of 250 mm. They are borne by a skew sys-
tem of
walls and columns. In the joint of
columns and slabs is added secondary
shearing reinforcement created from lad-
ders.
A flat ceiling is provided. For these rea-
sons is foreseen an anchor insertion from
steel profile
HEA160 on the critical loca-
tions.
The walls have a thickness of 100 and 150
mm and the external curved
wall has a
thickness of 250 mm.
All horizontal connec-
tions have extra reinforcement on the over-
hang.
Walls are made from selfcompacting
concrete.
Applied materials
Concrete for spiles - B20 (C16/20)
Concrete for others foundations structure -
B30 - V - A2 - T100.
Concrete for aboveground structures B30-
A2, the outside B30 25/30 - A2 - T100.
The level of reinforcement is designed as 10
505 (R) - 10 425 (V), 10 216 (E), (S200)
