A bus station roof in Niederlahnstein
The bus station roof is a construction from
steel and aluminium profiles. The roof
glazing consists of system security glass,
VSG 5+5mm of plate-glass with foil PVB-
0,76mm. The glazing of the walls consists
in disk security glass (ESG 10mm) of
plate-glass.
The columns of the bus station roof were
placed on foundations of reinforced con-
crete. In order to avoid the immediate
danger of the impact of street vehicles, a
distance of at least 1m was taken from the
supports of the bus station roof.
The static calculations are produced with
the software ESA-Prima Win.
